i like to consider myself curious. i enjoy optimizing workflows, learning about tools on linux/unix systems, and contribute to open source!
then i saw a 16k★ web scraper doing double the work it needed to. i refactored the engine to capture screenshots during the primary scraping pass instead of running a second browser navigation cut per page load times in half and got my code merged upstream!
went to a 48-hour hackathon, wired up EKG sensors to process biometric signals in real time, and walked away with first place!
currently competitive programming in ICPC, teaching python as a TA for CST 205
